We recognize the measure of impacts must extend beyond numbers served and supplies distributed.  The outcomes of our work are often difficult to measure in western terms of success.  To our team members, success is witnessing a survivor who comes to a group session for the first time, or a child of a survivor who finds spaces to laugh and play with our team members.  It's celebrating our relatives we serve who move into their brand new apartments after overcoming many barriers, challenges, and obstacles.  It's the sacred moments shared with our relatives on the land and near our waters.  It is watching our relatives learn how to heal themselves and their community through learning about our traditional medicines and tools for healing.  These moments may only be documented in our hearts and minds, but we know each of them are seeds planted that will effect change for generations to come.
